Pertamina Temukan Gas dan Kondensat di Musi Banyuasin

MUSI BANYUASIN | SKK Migas-KKKS Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Jambi Merang berhasil menemukan gas dan kondensat di Sumur Eksplorasi Sungai Rotan (SRT)-1XST yang berada di Desa Mendis Jaya, Kecamatan Bayung Lencir, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Sumur ini mulai dibor pada 7 Maret 2022 menggunakan rig PDSI #42.3/N-1500E, hingga mencapai kedalaman akhir 7.185 feet Measured Depth (ftMD) pada 3 Juni 2022.

Pengeboran sumur eksplorasi SRT-1XST merupakan bagian dari pemenuhan Komitmen Kerja Pasti (KKP) Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) PHE Jambi Merang, yang termasuk dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, Regional Sumatera, Zona 1.

General Manager Zona 1, Muzwir Wiratama, menjelaskan dari hasil Uji Kandungan Lapisan (Drill Stem Test/DST) pertama (DST#1A) yang dilakukan pada lapisan batu gamping Formasi Baturaja, berhasil ditemukan gas sebesar 13,27 juta standar kaki kubik per hari (Million Standard Cubic Feet per Day/MMSCFD) dan kondensat 235 barel per hari (Barrels Condensate Per Day/BCPD).

“Status per 24 Agustus 2022 pukul 17.00 WIB, sumur eksplorasi SRT-1XST sedang melakukan extended flow dengan observasi selama 8 jam dan kemudian akan dilanjutkan dengan test build-up pressure selama 72 jam,” terang Wira.

Sumur eksplorasi berbeda dengan sumur pengembangan, sumur eksplorasi bertujuan untuk menemukan cadangan migas baru, sedangan sumur pengembangan dibor pada struktur yang telah terbukti cadangan migasnya dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi.

Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan-Regional Sumatera, Jaffee Arizon Suardin, mengharapkan temuan ini dapat segera dieksploitasi. “Lokasi temuan ini dekat dengan fasilitas pemrosesan gas yang sudah ada di PHE Jambi Merang. Sehingga dapat segera diproduksi untuk mendukung pencapaian target produksi migas nasional dan ketahanan energi negeri,” tutur Jaffee.

Program kerja yang masif dan agresif diakui Jaffee sebagai salah satu strategi meningkatkan produksi migas di Regional Sumatera. “Implementasi ini sejalan dengan Semangat SUMATERA (SUstainable, MAssive, To grow, Efficient, Resilient, Aggressive) yang kami gaungkan,” tambah Jaffee.

Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumatera Bagian Selatan (Sumbagsel), Anggono Mahendrawan, menyampaikan bahwa SKK Migas dan KKKS bersama seluruh pemangku kepentingan di daerah akan terus melakukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi migas, khususnya di wilayah Sumbagsel.

“Kami mengapresiasi KKKS PHE Jambi Merang atas terlaksananya pengeboran sumur eksplorasi SRT-1XST yang telah terbukti berhasil menemukan cadangan hidrokarbon baru sesuai harapkan kita bersama. Sehingga dapat memberikan tambahan kontribusi dalam upaya mencapai target produksi minyak 1 juta barel per hari dan gas bumi 12 miliar standar kaki kubik per hari pada tahun 2030,” ujar Anggono.

Regional Sumatera Zona 1 berupaya memenuhi target produksi tahun 2022 yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui SKK Migas, yaitu minyak 22.817 barel per hari (Barrels Oil Per Day/BOPD) dan gas 185 MMSCFD. Target ini dicapai dengan rencana kerja 27 sumur pengembangan, 3 sumur eksplorasi, 7 sumur workover, serta melakukan well services-well intervention sebanyak 934 sumur.

“Upaya ini tentunya perlu mendapatkan dukungan dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan daerah, sebagaimana hal tersebut tertuang dalam Instruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 tentang peningkatan produksi minyak bumi nasional, mengingat migas masih menjadi penopang utama dalam pemenuhan ketahanan energi kita dan juga sebagai motor penggerak perekonomian di daerah, kami sangat terbantukan dengan dukungan seluruh pemangku kepentingan di daerah, sinergi yang ada semakin memantapkan bahwa keberhasilan hulu migas merupakan keberhasilan bagi kita semua,” tutup Anggono.
